Workspaces and models

Adlega organizes your work into workspaces and models.
Workspaces
A workspace is your team or organization container. It holds all of your models in one place and is where you manage team members. Most companies need only one workspace.
Models
A model is one complete financial plan — a full set of assumptions and the 36-month forecast they produce. From your workspace home you can:
- Create a new model and give it a name and currency.
- Open, rename, star or delete existing models.
- Search and filter to find a model quickly.
Each model shows its status (for example, in progress or complete) and when it was last edited.
Model parameters
Each model has a few top-level settings:
- Name — rename it at any time.
- Currency — the currency used across all figures and exports.
- Forecast start month — when the 36-month forecast begins.
- Team members — collaborators who can access the workspace.
When to create a new model vs. a scenario
- Use a new model for a genuinely different plan — a separate product, or a fresh set of assumptions you want to keep side by side.
- Use what-if mode inside an existing model to test a change (different churn, more spend, a new tier) without committing it. That keeps quick experiments out of your model list.
Tip: keep one canonical "base case" model and use what-if scenarios for exploration. Spin up a separate model only when you need to preserve two full plans in parallel.
